How to configure Outlook Express to send and receive emails for Anything@your-new-name.com
Account Set up In Outlook Express 5 (Windows version)
1. Double Click on the Outlook Express icon on the desktop
2. Click on the 'Tools' option on the menu bar and then on the 'Accounts' option.

Click on 'Add'

Click on 'Mail'
4. Enter your name as you wish it to appear on your E-mails.
I’d recommend Your Company Name Ltd

Click 'Next'
5. Enter your email address. info@ your-new-name.com

Click 'Next'
6. Select 'POP3' from the drop down menu & enter the following details
Incoming Mail (POP3, IMAP4 or HTTP) server: mail. your-new-name.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server: You need to contact the ISP you connect to the
Internet with to find this information. Ask them for the hostname of their outgoing
(SMTP) mail server.

Click 'Next'
7. Enter your account name. This is your chosen user name.
If you are the administrator this is normally the same username that you use
to access the web based control panel.

Enter your PASSWORD in the 'Password' field. This is either supplied
by your host or chosen by yourself.
Ensure the remember password box is ticked.

Click 'Next'

Click 'Finish'

Click 'Close'
