What is RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, basically it's an easy way for you to keep up to date with the websites you like. Instead of having to keep visiting the websites to see if they have got a new article or feature, you use RSS and they will automatically tell you, every time they have some news.

How do I use RSS?

Firstly you need to get hold of a program called a News Reader. This program displays RSS information feeds from your chosen websites on your computer. Then all you have to do is select which RSS feeds you want.

How do I get a News Reader?

There are a range of different News Readers available. As with all programs, different News Readers work on different operating systems, so you will need to take this into account when you select a reader. Below is a list of the most popular readers and the systems they operate on.

How do I sign up to RSS feeds from fearnwebdesign.com?

Go to any Fearn Web Design site which displays the orange RSS logo, Click on the RSS Button [RSS Feed], 'Get our RSS Feed ' or the relevant button below

Add Feed to My MSN My MSN
Add Feed to Windows Live Windows Live
Add Feed to del.icio.us del.cio.us
Add Feed to My Google Reader Google Reader
Add Feed to My Yahoo My Yahoo
Add Feed to Bloglines Bloglines
Add Feed to Newsgator Newsgator

You then need to follow the instructions for your particular News Reader in order to add this XML feed to your RSS list.
